Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs:

• customers are responsible for all shipping costs at checkout
• please make sure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order

*Seeds of Grace Maternity Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered.

We are pleased to offer FREE local pickup for our customers!

Pickup Instructions:

• Our pickup location and instructions will be provided by email once your order is ready.
• Please have your order confirmation email available when picking up your order.
• Orders should be picked up within 5 days of receiving your pickup notification via email. If you need additional time, please contact us. We are happy to help!

Pickup Notification:

• You will receive an email when your oder is ready for pickup. Most orders are ready within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• eligible returns will be issued as store credit
• items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• all tags must be attached
• items must be free of stains, odors pet hair, or damage
• proof of purchase is required
• original shipping charges are non-refundable
• customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchanges:

• need a different size? We are happy to exchange eligible items within 14 days, subject to inventory availability
• if the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Damaged or incorrect items:

• if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup so we can make it right

Final sale items can NOT be exchanged or returned.
